Ojugine

Ojukine is a chicken restaurant in Ikseon-dong, Seoul, that serves dak maeuntang. Its broth is thinner and more plentiful than dak bokkeumtang, and it is spicy with a large amount of garlic. The small size is enough for two adults, and the noodles can be ordered as udon or kalguksu. The restaurant draws a crowd, so waits are long on weekend evenings.
