Odjip is a Korean pub in Seoul that serves kimchi jjim, bossam, buchu jeon, haemul pajeon, and makgeolli. It sits in a Songdong alley near the Anguk-dong intersection, close to Jogyesa and Insadong-gil. The kimchi jjim combines well-fermented kimchi with soft pork, and the makgeolli comes in several types that can be paired with the pancakes. Kimchi jjim and pajeon can be ordered as evening anju, and the space is small with few tables.
