Nov.13 is a small home-style Italian pasta restaurant on the way up to Tongin-dong in Seochon, Seoul. It serves five pasta dishes, and some can be changed to tomato, rosé, or cream sauce, or to risotto. At a shop with only three tables, the owner alone handles everything from orders to cooking, serving, and payment, and also explains the menu. Without a reservation you may have to wait, and if more than three groups are waiting at the 5 p.m. opening, you must wait for the next turn.
