Nouseu Jongno Punggyeongjeom is a brunch restaurant in Jongno, Seoul. It serves Gimoil abalone pasta, gosari butter spaghettini, and dried radish greens ragù casarecce. The full-glass windows on the third floor look out onto Bosingak, and window seats with a view require reservations. Prices are not low.
