Niji Ramen

Nijji Ramen is a Japanese ramen restaurant in Jongno, Seoul, a two-minute walk from Jongno 5-ga Station Exit 1. It serves tonkotsu, shoyu, and spicy tonkotsu ramen; the tonkotsu comes with firm noodles and a pork-scented broth, and the spicy tonkotsu is not strongly spicy. A bowl of rice can be ordered free of charge and mixed into the broth after the noodles are eaten. The chashu is firm and dry in texture.
