New Moon

New Moon is a Chinese restaurant near Gwanghwamun Station in Seoul that serves course meals along with jjajangmyeon and jjamppong. The Seoan and Jangan courses include dishes such as yusanseul and nurungji-tang, and the meal can be finished with either jjajangmyeon or jjamppong. The kitchen does not use MSG and also offers a vegan course, along with yurin paengi beoseot twigim and natural pine mushroom nurungji-tang. The food is mild rather than salty or strongly seasoned.
