Neungrado Gwanghwamun

Neungnado Gwanghwamun is a naengmyeon restaurant in Sinmun-ro, Gwanghwamun, Seoul, serving Pyongyang naengmyeon and eobok jaengban. Its signature Pyongyang naengmyeon has a broth with a strong meat aroma and buckwheat-scented noodles that snap apart easily. On weekday lunchtimes the restaurant fills with Gwanghwamun office workers, while weekends are relatively quiet. Pyongyang naengmyeon does not suit people accustomed to strong flavors and chewy textures.
