Namisibuki is a Japanese restaurant in the basement of Tower 8 Building at Jongno 5-gil 7, Jongno-gu, Seoul, between Jonggak Station and Gwanghwamun. It serves soba and udon with a high buckwheat content, along with sukiyaki and eel rice bowls. The cold soba set comes with tempura, and the yabusoba is not sweet. In the evening, chicken thigh skewers, fried horse mackerel, fried dishes, and nabe are available, and the noodles break apart easily because of the high buckwheat content.
