Myeongpum Hwangso Gopchang

Myeongpum Hwangso Gopchang is a gopchang restaurant near Jonggak Station in Seoul that serves grilled platters of gopchang, daechang and makchang. The typical order adds gopchang and daechang to the platter and finishes by stir-frying potato and rice cake in the remaining fat. On weekends it opens at 4 p.m. and serves pa kimchi and chives briefly stir-fried in the leftover oil, and fried rice can be ordered as well. The gopchang and the fried rice are divisive.
