Myeongnyun Gamjatang

Myeongnyun Gamjatang is a gamjatang restaurant in Seoul that serves gamjatang and sundae guk. The pork bone soup that other places call bone haejang-guk is called gamjatang here, ordered as a single bowl, and the broth has a doenjang flavor. Each bowl contains three bones and a generous amount of meat, with rice and side dishes of tofu, kimchi, kkakdugi, and chili pepper. The broth is oily and has a slight gamey smell.
