Myeongdong Kalguksu

Myeongdong Kalguksu is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves kalguksu, hand-made mandu, memil guksu and kongguksu. The hand-pressed mandu use tofu filling, and the kalguksu broth comes out spicy. Memil guksu is served in a bowl filled with iced broth, and ordering mandu brings a small bowl of rice and fish cake broth. The kalguksu contains one mandu.
