Mungyeong Olde Seouljeom is a single-menu restaurant in the basement of the Baeksang Building in Insadong, Seoul, serving Korean-style Western donkatsu. Each order comes with a thick, crisp cutlet, a mushroom sauce, and a pile of cabbage salad. It is open only on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and orders are placed automatically for the number of people in the party. The basement space is small and hard to find.
