Muje Sushi

Mujesushi is a sushi restaurant in a Daehak-ro alley in Jongno-gu, Seoul, serving aged hoe sushi and single-person set meals. The sushi uses aged raw fish for a soft texture, and udon is also on the menu. It opens at 5:30 p.m. for dinner, has a break time in between, and fills up quickly even on weekdays. Satisfaction relative to price is low.
