Mugyo Samgyetang

Mugyo Samgyetang is a Korean restaurant in Gwanhun-dong, Jongno, Seoul, that serves samgyetang. The chicken is boiled until tender, and the broth is simmered for a long time with garlic, jujube, ginseng, and green onion. Each samgyetang comes with kimchi, kkakdugi, and garlic stems, and it is seasoned enough to eat without added salt. The kimchi is on the sweet side.
