Mother-Daughter Kimbap

Monnyeo Gimbap is a gimbap shop in Gwangjang Market in Seoul that sells mini gimbap, tteokbokki, and mung bean pancakes. The gimbap, once called mayak gimbap, is filled with shredded carrot and pickled radish, seasoned with sesame oil, and eaten dipped in mustard soy sauce. Indoor seating is available, so you can sit coolly even in summer, and the shop turns over quickly so waits are not long. The filling inside the gimbap is on the small side.
