Misulgwannyeop Tonkatsu

Museum Yeop Donkatsu is a donkatsu restaurant in Jongno-gu, Seoul, near Anguk Station and the surrounding museums. The pork is tender and fried until crisp, served with cabbage pickles, in the style of donkatsu once sold in front of schools. Orders and payment are handled at a kiosk, water and extra side dishes are self-service, and diners return their trays to the collection point at the serving counter. The dining area is small, so moving around during self-service is awkward, and the portions of donkatsu and rice are on the small side.
