Misien Gwanghwamun

Mishien Gwanghwamun in Seoul serves Chinese-style pho and Chinese-style pancakes. There are about six kinds of pho, lamb pho can be ordered with wontons added, and rice is provided free. At lunchtime a wait is standard, and the broth is clear and moderately spicy with tofu skin, bean sprouts, and bok choy. The space is small, with only four tables and about seven bar seats around the kitchen.
