Miseong is a Korean restaurant in the Anguk area of Jongno, Seoul, serving hanjeongsik and set Korean meals centered on barley-aged corvina. The signature dish is the barley-aged corvina set, eaten with black rice mixed into cold green tea water. The corvina is served with the bones removed, making it easy to eat. It comes with jeyuk bokkeum, haemul pajeon, muk muchim, and dubu kimchi.
