Midang Silky Tofu

Midang Sundubu is a specialty restaurant near Pagoda Park in Jongno, Seoul, selling tofu and sundubu made in-house. It serves totsok sundubu and haemul sundubu boiled in ttukbaegi, and grinds domestic soybeans on site to make the tofu. Before 11:30 there are plenty of seats, but afterward the line stretches into the alley, and orders are placed at a kiosk. Side dishes come in small portions, so they must be requested several times.
