MFU Insa

Milfoyu Insadong is a hanok restaurant in Jongno, Seoul, serving mille-feuille nabe, shabu-shabu, and sukiyaki. It sits near Ssamzigil in Insadong and the Anguk and Jongno 3-ga stations. The sukiyaki simmers meat and vegetables in a broth that is not salty, eaten dipped in egg with udon noodles added. Tables inside are few, so seating is tight at mealtimes and on weekends.
