Meoksoejip

Maeksoejip is an old galbi restaurant near Dongdaemun Station in the Changsin-dong alleys, grilling pork galbi and beef galbi over charcoal. The pork galbi is marinated in a sauce that is neither very sweet nor salty, and it comes with bibim naengmyeon and several side dishes. Two baskets of lettuce wraps are placed on each side of the table, and seasoned gejang is served as a side dish. The restaurant does not have the feel of a polished meat restaurant.
