Matdolroman (Millstone Only) Sinseoldong

Mattdolroman Sinseol-dong is a specialty restaurant in Seoul that serves tofu dishes made in-house with a millstone. The Mattdolroman set includes dubu jeongol, bossam, sundubu, modubu, and dubu buchim, and the sundubu can be refilled at a self-service corner. The dining area is larger than it appears from outside, and there is a restroom. Dubu gui is grilled in perilla oil and eaten dipped in soy sauce seasoning.
