Sinmapo Galmaegi Jonggak is a grilled-meat restaurant on Jongno's youth street near Jonggak Station in Seoul. It serves all-you-can-eat galmaegisal, kkeopdaegi, samgyeopsal (pork belly), and makchang (beef abomasum), and the meat cooked on the wire grill cooks faster than the griddle items. Under the all-you-can-eat system, the next order of meat is placed only after the previous portion is nearly finished, and there is a two-hour limit. The meat quality is at a level that reflects the all-you-can-eat format.
