Manbok Guksu Jip Jongno 3-ga is a drinking spot on Songhae-gil in Jongno 3-ga that serves noodles and jeon. The setup is janchi guksu and anchovy pho eaten with haemul kimchi jeon. On weekends it stays open until dawn, usually until around 1 a.m. The kimchi jeon comes out crisp at times and soggy at others, so the texture is not consistent.
