Maekchon is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves dak kalguksu and dakjeon. The kalguksu comes with grilled chicken on top and is served with dak hanmari broth. The noodle broth is doenjang-based with a mild mushroom aroma, and the kimchi is a sweet geotjeori. Food takes a little time to arrive.
