Kalguksu Ekkeullim

Kalguksu Ekkeullim is a small noodle shop in Jongno, Seoul, serving kalguksu with a pollack base and bibim kalguksu. The bibim kalguksu pairs chewy, plump handmade noodles with a sweet-and-sour sauce, while the kalguksu comes in a rich broth. Each seat has a charger, kimchi, dadegi and pepper, and a set combining noodles and two dumplings is also available. There are about seven indoor seats, so there is a wait at lunch.
