Jukigchoegoyo is a juk restaurant in the hanok alleys of Ikseon-dong, Seoul, serving abalone intestine juk. The juk is boiled with dark green intestines and topped with one to four abalone, and it comes with gim, sesame seeds, and side dishes. The restaurant opens early in the morning, and ordering and paying at the counter first is followed by a 30 to 45 minute wait for the food. With only about 12 to 14 seats, there is a wait during busy hours.
