Jongno Sujebi

Jongno Sujebi is a Korean restaurant near Jogyesa and the Jongno-gu Office that serves sujebi, kalguksu, potato pancakes, and squid rice bowls. The sujebi comes in an anchovy broth with geotjeori, and the potato pancake is made by shredding potatoes rather than grinding them. There is seating on the second floor along with traditional makgeolli and anju. Orders are handled from one person's memory, so they are sometimes mixed up or brought out wrong, and the flat dumplings have little filling.
