Jongno Steak

Jongno Steak is a steak restaurant in Ikseon-dong, Seoul, serving anshim, deungsim and chaekkeutsal steaks alongside pasta. Steaks arrive medium-well by default, and the kitchen adjusts to between medium rare and medium on request. Seating is limited, so a wait forms even at weekday lunch, and delivery orders are frequent enough that delivery riders wait on site. The open kitchen sits against the dining area and the steak-grilling station, so food smells can cling to your clothes.
