Jongno MaengBeoKal

Jongno Maengbeokal is a noodle shop in Jongno, Seoul, serving mushroom kalguksu along with dishes such as jeyuk and nakji bokkeum. The mushroom kalguksu is eaten by adding kalguksu and ramyeon noodles, then finishing with bokkeum bap. A fried egg is served first, and the mushrooms and ramyeon noodles are refilled. The kalguksu itself is plain and leaves something to be desired.
