Jongno Gop Yukgaejang

Jongno Gop Yukgaejang is a restaurant in Gwan-su-dong, Jongno, Seoul, at the entrance to the bossam alley near Jongno Station, serving yukgaejang and gopchang jeongol. Its signature gop yukgaejang contains beef gopchang and comes with hand-grilled seaweed and a chive salad. At 11:30 a.m. the food arrives quickly and the dining room soon fills. Gamja buchimgae is a side dish of large, thick wedges of potato fried like wedges.
