Jongno Bajirak Kalguksu

Jongno Bajirak Kalguksu is a noodle shop in Donui-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, serving kalguksu and sujebi. The kalguksu comes with a generous amount of bajirak in a cool broth, and the sujebi are thin and soft. Many customers add minced gochuji when they eat. Kongguksu and deulkkae kalguksu are also ordered alongside, and the restaurant has long-standing regulars.
