Jonghone Kongbiji

Jonghone Kongbiji is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves North Korean-style pork backbone kongbiji, next to a dakhanmari restaurant. Softly ground kongbiji is served with well-boiled pork bones. The pork bones are covered with kongbiji in a snow-like layer. Kimchi and a spicy soy sauce come with it.
