Jogeum is an old sotbap restaurant in Seoul that serves Japanese-style sotbap and skewers near the Insadong intersection and Anguk Station. The Jogeum sotbap comes topped with shrimp, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, ginkgo nuts and eomuk, and diners mix it with soy sauce to taste. It opened in 1979, and at lunch many seats are reserved, so calling ahead to reserve a menu means eating right away without waiting. There are only three table seats, so most of the seating is on the floor.
