Jinju Yukhoe 1st Branch

Jinju Yukhoe Bonjeom is a Korean restaurant inside Gwangjang Market in Jongno, Seoul, serving yukhoe and mung bean pancakes. Its yukhoe tangtangyi comes with san-nakji and yukhoe, and yukhoe bibimbap and mung bean pancakes are also listed as signature dishes. The mung bean pancakes are grilled thick, crisp outside and soft inside, and are not deep-fried in oil. Beef radish soup and pickled onion mu-jangajji are served as basic side dishes.
