Jindam Hwangtae Guk is a haejang-guk restaurant in a hanok house set back in an alley among factories in Seoul. It serves hwangtae-guk and hwangtae-tteok-guk, made by simmering hwangtae for a long time to produce a milky, rich broth, and served with heukmi-bap and four side dishes. There are about three low floor tables, and diners take off their shoes and sit on the floor. The space is small, so the number of tables is limited.
