Jin Ok-Hwa Original Chicken Restaurant

Jinok Hwamae Wonjo Dak Hanmari is a chicken restaurant in Jongno, Seoul, serving dak hanmari and dak kalguksu. The chicken is boiled and eaten first, then kalguksu noodles are added at the end, with rice cakes and a sweet and salty sauce on the side. The menu, kimchi, and sauce are not explained for foreign customers, and there is no menu board in any language other than Korean. In summer the fire and the windows make the room hot throughout the meal, and the tables are close together.
