Jeongob

Jeongop is located in Nakwon-dong, Jongno, Seoul, between Jongno 3-ga Station and Ikseon-dong, and serves cheese gopchang, vegetable gopchang, and gopchang jeongol. The cheese gopchang comes with a generous layer of cheese and keeps a spicy, smoky flavor, and the meal is finished with fried rice. A back door leads out to Ikseon-dong, and steamed egg and fried rice can be ordered as additions. The gopchang jeongol has less solid content relative to its broth.
