Jangmonim Haejangguk

Jangmonim Haejangguk is next to Gugi Tunnel in Jongno-gu, Seoul, and serves haejangguk with seonji, yang, and ugeoji alongside seolleongtang and jeonbyeong. The clear, light broth comes without gochut-gireum or dadaegi, with soft seonji and plenty of ugeoji, and a kimchi made with ground raw chili is served with it. There is indoor seating and outdoor seats on the first floor, and a second-floor area where shoes are removed; takeout is available only for teukhaejangguk. Parking space is limited because of the number of customers, so busy hours are best avoided.
