It's Kwabaegi Main Branch sells freshly fried kwabaegi in the Dongdaemun and Jongno areas of Seoul. The kwabaegi is crisp on the outside and chewy inside, made with a mix of rice flour and glutinous rice and fried to order. Takeout is available, and the texture holds up when brought home. It is soft while warm and becomes chewier as it cools.
