Insadong Sujebi

Insadong Hangari Sujebi is a sujebi (hand-torn dough soup) restaurant at the end of an alley near Anguk Station in Seoul. Its representative dishes are hangari sujebi and deulkkae sujebi, while the eolkeun sujebi is strongly spicy. During busy hours a line forms, and people wait about ten minutes before entering. The oysters in the hangari sujebi do not taste good.
