Insadong Restaurant Dam

Dam is an Italian restaurant in Insadong, Seoul, serving steak and pasta. The steak stays tender as it cools, and the seafood oil pasta has a seafood aroma with a light oil sauce. Pasta comes in tomato, oil, or cream, and artworks displayed throughout the interior give the space a gallery-like feel. Even with a reservation, the table may not be set, and utensils may not arrive right after the salad.
