Insadong Maneul Bossam

Insadong Maneul Bossam is a bossam restaurant in the Insadong alleys near Anguk Station in Seoul. It serves tender bossam without gamey smell, topped with a sweet and tangy garlic sauce, and sets that include buchu jeon, aged kimchi stir-fried with kimchi, and nakji bokkeum. The bossam meat comes out soft and the buchu jeon comes out crisp. There can be a wait during meal times.
