Imun Seolnongtang is a 100-year-old restaurant serving seolleongtang in a Jongno alley near Jonggak Station in Seoul. The seolleongtang comes with rice, somyeon noodles and beef cuts such as yangji in the bowl. Food arrives quickly after ordering, and kimchi, kkakdugi and water can be refilled at the self-service bar. The broth is rich without being heavy and is seasoned with salt and scallions.
