Ilpumdang Premium

Ilpumdang Premium is a shabu-shabu restaurant behind Sejong Center for the Performing Arts in Gwanghwamun, Seoul. It serves Hanwoo shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, which diners cook themselves on individual induction cooktops, and the food arrives on individual plates. The restaurant is built around private rooms, so reservations and group visits are possible, and the meal proceeds through appetizer, main course, and dessert. Parking requires the use of an outside lot, which is inconvenient.
