Ilwol Katsu is a tonkatsu restaurant near Anguk Station and the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Seoul, serving hire, loin, sirloin, and mixed katsu. The katsu is crisp outside and moist inside, served with wasabi and Maldon salt. Rice and cabbage refills are free, and soup comes with the meal. Even after the weekday lunch period, the on-site wait is long, so walking in without a reservation means waiting.
