Ian Sushi

Ian Chobap is a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant in Insadong, Seoul. Diners can choose myeongran negitoro sushi, wagyu steak flame-seared sushi, and scallop maki from the belt or order items directly. The restaurant has counter seats and tables, and when it is crowded, diners can register and wait for their turn. Sushi is replenished quickly, but the lids are sometimes wiped with a black cloth before being placed back over the plates.
