Hyojae Nuk is a brunch restaurant in Seoul that serves coffee, sandwiches, panini, and salads. The ricotta balsamic sandwich uses well-toasted ciabatta with ricotta cheese and arugula, and the pesto panini comes with plenty of pesto and cheese. On weekday lunchtimes, office workers fill nearly every seat, while drinks come out relatively quickly, and the restaurant is open until 7 p.m. The dining area has only a few tables and the interior is small.
