Hyeongje Bulbaek

Hyeongje Bulbaek is a rice-meal restaurant in Ikseon-dong, Jongno, Seoul, a six-minute walk from Jongno 3-ga Station Exit 6. It serves pork bulbaek with a gochujang marinade and beef bulbaek with a soy sauce marinade, and the set meal comes with doenjang jjigae and a fried egg. Orders can be placed by the single serving, lettuce and perilla leaf are refilled, and steamed egg arrives by default. The pork bulbaek marinade is on the spicy side, so it is heavy going for anyone who cannot handle spicy food.
