Hwatong Bonga

Hwatong Bonga is a Korean restaurant in the bossam alley of Jongno 3-ga, Seoul, serving bossam and jokbal. Its main dishes are gul bossam and dakdoritang, and bossam kimchi is served alongside. Ordering gul bossam or bossam modeum brings a free gamjatang (pork bone and potato stew) or ppyeodagwi-tang, and the owner looks after the meal. The dakdoritang has no distinctive flavor and its seasoning is on the salty side.
